In December 2021, I made the decision to leave the classroom—with no plan, just a belief that there was more out there for me. Trading lesson plans for road maps, I hit the road and dove headfirst into the world of freelancing. What started as an uncertain leap quickly turned into an adventure filled with diverse projects, unexpected opportunities, and lessons that no traditional job could teach. From January 2022 to September 2024, I explored new skills, collaborated with incredible people, and built a career on my own terms.
